You can delete your Arkahive ID, the single account you use across the games published by Arkahive and its studios, including Arkabra Studio, at any time.
In the app
- Open the game and go to its settings (in Arkabra Studio games, Preferences).
- In the Account section, choose Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete for good. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you can no longer open the game, email support@arkahive.com with your username, from the email address linked to your account if there is one. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, and we complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your Arkahive ID and the sign-ins linked to it (Google, Apple, Google Play Games).
- Your profile: username, display name and avatar.
- Your ranked results, league standings and group memberships, in every game.
- Your sessions on every device.
Groups you created stay for their other members, without an owner. A group you were the last member of is deleted with its name.
What is kept
Nothing linked to you stays on our servers. Deleted data can remain in our database provider’s short-term recovery history for up to a day before it is gone for good. Progress a game saved only on your device stays there until you uninstall the game.
Signing in again later creates a new, empty account. Deleting your account does not delete your Google, Apple or Google Play Games account. For more about your data, see our Privacy Policy.
